Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

Estimated delivery times are: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

Carrier selection depends on destination, weight, and service level.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photos of damaged items and packaging

  • Confirmation of shipping address

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
