"Easy to take works like it should."

"No issues I just hope the gummies will come down to a more reasonable price point for the same product. Also would love for Legion to reduce serving sizes from six capsules as I already consume 16 per day in other Legion items."

"I’ve been using Legion Creatine Capsules for about a month now, and I can already feel the difference in my workouts. My strength and endurance have noticeably improved, and I’m recovering faster between sets. I really appreciate that Legion uses clean, third-party tested ingredients with no unnecessary fillers. The capsules make it super convenient—no mixing powder or dealing with weird tastes. Definitely sticking with this brand for the long run. Highly recommend to anyone serious about training safely and effectively"

"I dont think a lot of brands carry the * capsule* form of creatine. . its either powder or gummies. . . so I love this format. . . my only question is, how come Legion chooses not to use creapure?"

"I like this option when taking a shaker is out of the question."

"I've consistently been taking the Legion Creatine Capsules. I've had no negative side effects. I personally prefer the capsules over powder. Creatine is one of the most evidence-based worth spending your money supplements for muscle strength gain and recovery. 6 capsules is 5g so you can work your way up if you want. I'm not paid/sponsored by Legion, although I could be because I trust them and have enjoyed most of their products."

"I bought these for my husband because I think the creatine is an important supplement. I was surprised a serving is 6 capsules a day. I should have read the label. he might prefer the gummies."
— Kathy S. (4/5)
"Switched from the gummies (which are also great, I just didn't want to spend some of my daily calories on creatine) and have loved these capsules. Easy to take without having to think about getting another liquid down in the morning, which makes consistency a breeze. I definitely recommend!"

"I have Legion's creatine in the standard powder form, as an ingredient in the post-workout supplement Recharge, and recently in the capsule form. I like having multiple variations so I don't miss a day of taking creatine whether it's a training day or a rest day. Specifically, I like the capsule form for when I travel - its high quality and very convenient. I also take the capsules on rest days when I'm only drinking water and don't have a flavored beverage to mix the creatine powder into. I should note I have the gummies too but only take those when I'm craving something sweet. I find all these forms truly do help with recovery. Recharge is my favorite followed by the creatine capsules."
