"Im a legion athlete. I love Legions electrolytes. I find them far more effective than others that I have tried. I like to use them as an intra workout, particularly on my more intense training days. Or any time I’m feeling lightly dehydrated. They are great for helping reducing any muscle cramping/spasms that I sometimes get during workouts. I find them very effective. I have been drinking flavored electrolytes for 10+ years now and I love several aspects to these. 1 cup of water is perfect for 1 packet when it comes to the ratio. "I wanted to try this because a different brand was very salty. So salty that I could only use half of the serving. This has just as much sodium but it did not seem overly salty and the flavor was good. It is worth a try, especially if you can get it on sale."

"I love the packaging. It’s easy to open and add electrolytes to a bottle of water. It’s easy to mix and dissolves fast. I love that the water stays clear—it makes it nice to drink visually. There is no strong artificial flavor; it feels very natural. I tried it during a 72-hour no-food fast, and it gave me good energy without any calories. "Happy with these Hydration packets. The flavor is some what mild but not unpleasant, and easy to carry around. I'm assuming from the lack of info on the bag that it's low or no calorie, which is excellent; I can add some thing else if I need to. Will need to consider in the future if it's as cost effective as my other favorite products, but good start. I tried both the Fruit Punch and Lime flavors; both were good though I found Fruit Punch to be more fulfilling. Would be nice to see expansions, but it is a fairly new product."

"Its rare of me to write an unfavorable report but I wasn't a fan of the taste of Hydrate (I think mostly the sweetener) I had fruit punch so maybe another flavor could work but it was just a little to sweet for me after a workout. Im sure it has quality ingredients as most of Legions products do but like the protein bars the sweeteners sometimes dont mix for me. Its an imperfect science sometimes trying to appeal to everyone !"
