It’s a great product-would add a few things

"The mushroom product I used before from a different Brand changed their ingredients and added caffeine which I don’t want so I decided to try Legions Elevate Mushroom supplement and really like it. The taste is amazing and I am pleased with the results. My other brand also had Cordyceps, and Chaga mushrooms as well as Ashwagandha in their formula so I do miss having all that in one product. I did pick up the Ashwagandha gummies that Legion makes and take those in addition to the Elevate, but do miss the little kick of energy I would get without having to consume caffeine (I think that was the Cordyceps that supplied that). All is all-the Elevate Supplement is a great product and I would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality mushroom product."
