"I do believe this product helps a lot during longer runs, but the unflavored is so chalky. I got it so I can mix it into whatever electrolytes I'm using, but it makes for a funky flavored drink. I usually end up mixing my usual drink at 16 oz, sipping down to 8oz as I warm up, then adding this and chugging it so I don't have to deal with it too long. Definitely want to try the flavored just to see if it's more tolerable."

"I’ve been using this for a month now, and I’m definitely seeing a difference. I feel like it takes time to start seeing results. Slowly but surely I was performing better in my lifting and running. My endurance is up so I’m not feeling like my gas tank is starting to run empty towards the end of my workouts anymore. I’m able to push harder and perform longer. It’s for sure a different feeling compared to a pre-workout. I am super sensitive to any kind of stimulant and caffeine so this is a good alternative. I’m not really seeing any change in my “focus” or the effects it claims to have on stress levels and cognitive function. All in all it’s a good product and I’ll continue to purchase it."
