I now take this every day
"It just makes things work better. My Gastro advised that I start taking a probiotic, so long as it contained certain key ingredients. I take other Legion products, so checked out Biome. It did have the necessary ingredients, so ordered it. I will be taking it every morning. No bloating, no discomfort at all. Everything just works better. Another fine Legion product."

"Unfortunately, no positive change from Biome for me. . . upsetting, but i genuinely gave it an honest try - 5 weeks of taking it daily at the recommended dosage. Hope it works for majority of folks, but I am not one of those."

"Unfortunately, had to switch back to my regular probiotic as Biome didn’t have the same positive effect on my gut health. I normally use generic brand Nature’s Bounty, which has less CFUs than Biome, so I was really surprised to find out Biome is no help. Glad it works for most people, just seems like I am not one of them :)"
