Unbearable flavor
"Quite possibly the worst cereal flavor I’ve ever tried. I don’t say that lightly. The taste is aggressively bad. Not just “not for me” bad, but genuinely horrible I refused to finish. Every bite feels like a chore, and the aftertaste lingers in a way that makes you question your life choices. I had high expectations because Legion usually does a solid job with their products, but this one completely missed the mark. If flavor matters to you at all, skip this. Rating: 0/10 — only edible if you absolutely don’t care what your food tastes like."

I bought all three, have only tried cinnamon
"Smells exactly like cinnamon toast crunch, does not taste too far off i guess, its the texture and how dry the puffs are, almost gagging while eating, have to put and chug LOTS of milk in the bowl to offset the really dry puff texture. Better than nothing for a protein cereal thats so low calorie, low sugar and high protein, so cant complain that much, just very weird off putting texture in the mouth while eating"

I eat this EVERYDAY
"I am not a cereal eater but lately I have been OBSESSED with these High yogurt bowls . . I add these to my bowl. Size is great . Portion size is definitely more than regular cereal. Profile is good you can taste the flavor in the cereal . They aren't super sweet either so when mixed with a vanilla protein shake really makes it good. the only downside is its not as sweet but that's why I add the vanilla protein in it . . . it adds more sweetness."

Perfect for me and my clients nostalgia and macros goals!
"I grew up loving cereal, and I still enjoy a big bowl on Saturday mornings. The problem is that most cereals are all sugar and nostalgia with no real nutrition. Legion’s Protein Cereal is the first one I have tried that gives me the taste and crunch I love while actually supporting my goals. The flavor is legit, the texture stays crunchy in milk, and the ingredients are clean with no artificial sweeteners or fillers. Each serving gives you around 170 calories, 15 g of carbs, 7 g of fiber, and 17 g of high quality protein. When you add skim milk, you get close to 25 g of total protein in one bowl. If you want a cereal that tastes great and actually fits a healthy lifestyle, this is the one. I highly recommend it."

Great taste and lasting crunch!
"Legion athlete here. Huge fan of the protein cereal, especially the chocolate flavour. It’s delicious! So much so that my two year old son also loves it! He prefers it over the sugary store bought junk. The macros are good on it as well. On top of it tasting great, I love that it does go mushy like most cereals. It stays crunchy. My only thing is that I wish the boxes were bigger. I think it’s something like 6 servings to a box so they don’t last long!"

Worth it if you prioritize macros over taste
"Okay, so, the way I use Legion cereal is by adding it as a topping to yogurt bowls for some extra crunch. It's adds a really nice texture to it. I honestly don't enjoy it when eaten like actual cereal in milk. It is obviously processed protein powder, but you can really tell with this product, in my opinion. I think it's a great way to get your cereal fix without intaking a bunch of BS ingredients and artificial flavors :)"
